Please leave Furniture where they are and do not rearrange. When replacing items used, please replace them in their place as listed on the Inventory..
Smoking in or around the unit is NOT permitted

Guests are urged to do a Unit inspection and check inventory list upon arrival and report any issues immediately. Guest will be held liable for any abnormalities not reported upon arrival.

All body corporate rules for the complex must be strictly adhered to.

BOOK IN TIME

Please note that book in time is 14:00. The Cleaning Specialist will contact you the day before arrival with the final key arrangements

BOOK OUT TIME

Please note that the book out time is 09:00 on the day of your departure.

We do not accept any liability for loss of or damage to any valuables or property belonging to Guests or their Visitors. It is therefore the sole responsibility of all Guests to make arrangements for adequate insurance coverage on all valuable items prior to arrival at Uvongo Sands No 6. This includes but is not limited to, Photographic equipment, Laptops or other Electronic devices, Jewellery, Cash and Vehicles. Any guest or their visitors using any Facilities within the Unit, Complex or surrounding area and are utilizing any facilities, do so entirely at their own risk. We will not be responsible for any injuries or damages incurred while in the Unit or on the premises. We do not accept any liability in the event that any loss or damage to persons or property is experienced by a Guest or their Visitors

CANCELATION POLICY

  • R500 admin charge will be retained
  • Any Commission paid to 3rd party will be retained
  • On Arrival or during stay - total booking value will be retained
  • 0-14 days before arrival or no show - total booking fee, money in trust will be retained
  • 15-28 days before arrival - 75% of deposit or 25% of full quote value may be retained (which ever is greater)
  • Cancelation of booking during holiday seasons - Cancelation fee on bookings canceled within 40 days of arrival - 100% of the full quote value
